Senior Building Surveyor

As a Senior Building Surveyor you will join a team of Project and Cost Management professionals delivering schemes to clients in a range of prestigious projects including Property (refurb and new build), Education, Healthcare, Sports Pitches, Water and Wastewater schemes province wide. Based in Belfast you will work on a range of schemes including Minor Works in Health Buildings and Social Housing as well as a number of Condition and Dilapidation Surveys.

To be considered for this role you will have:

• Relevant experience in a similar Building Surveyor role working on similar projects.
• Degree level qualification or equivalent in a related subject such as Building Surveying.
• Member of RICS
• Good technical knowledge and report writing ability.
• Excellent IT skills.
