Our client requires a time served M&E tradesperson (plumber or electrician) to act as Clerk of Works to witness and report on installation, testing and commissioning of building services at the landmark £400m Belfast Grand Central Station project. The role will also require assisting with delivery of training for operational staff and working to deliver a smooth entry into service for the new station.
This is a contract role initially for a period of 8 months with potential to be extended. Work is already underway so early application is advised.
