As Administration Officer (Construction / Cost Management) you will be joining our client’s Property Maintenance department that maintains over 400 buildings at 140 locations throughout Northern Ireland.
The team requires contract administration support to function effectively, specifically in relation to providing cost and contract management support services for project delivery including the processing of orders, invoices and reporting. The key duties include:
