Site Supervisor (Wastewater Utilities)

Opportunity for a Site Agent/Site Supervisor reviewing, advising and supervising Wastewater pipeline projects. Due to ongoing contract awards, our Global Clients have a requirement for Site Supervisor to join their Belfast team and supervise wastewater pipeline refurbishment projects throughout Ulster.

To be considered as a Site Supervisor, you should be able to demonstrate previous experience in the delivery of sewer pipeline projects, sewer rehabilitation, drainage upgrades, deep dig, pumping stations, storm tanks etc.

As Site Supervisor you will:

• Ensure a consistently high standard of work is produced in accordance with the project specification and construction drawings and quality standards are maintained through regular quality inspections.
• Ensuring a consistently high standards of Health, Safety and Environmental practices are maintained through regular inspections.
• Knowledge and experience of Traffic Management/Streetworks, Health and Safety procedures and regulations.
• Knowledge of CCTV investigations and sewer rehabilitation works would be desirable.
• Maintaining a site diary recording site activities including details of daily weather, labour on site and plant on site.
• Charting actual site progress against the construction programme.
• Raising any project concerns with the Project Manager.
• Liaising with stakeholders and managing 3rd party interactions.

As Site Supervisor your experience should include:

• At least 3 to 5 years’ post-graduate experience, with industry experience on-site supervision / construction on wastewater engineering projects to include deep dig, pumping stations, storm tanks etc.
• A third level qualification in a related discipline such as Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering.
• Knowledge of wastewater systems and site works.
• Capable of writing clear and concise reports and keeping works records updated electronically.
• Strong knowledge and experience of Health and Safety procedures and regulations and Traffic Management.
• A current and valid CSR/CSCS card, other training etc. can be provided.

You will also have excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to act within a team at all times.
