GIS Field Surveyor – Utilities

As GIS Field Surveyor you will interface with the management site team on a well-established long-term programme of work. This role will see you based in Cork and Kerry, coordinating and overseeing site visits to survey storm water outfalls and culverts.

As GIS Field Surveyor you will report to the Project Manager and will be responsible for reviewing and supervising the data collection of third party survey crews on behalf of Irish Water.

To be considered for this field based role you will have:

• 1-3 years experience in a similar GIS Technician/  Land / Field Surveyor / role based on site within a Civil Engineering / Construction Environment or similar.
• 3rd level qualification in a relevant discipline in a Surveying discipline or Geography, Environmental Engineering covering GIS.
• Excellent IT / Excel skills, organisational skills and great attention to detail.
• Full driving licence, a company vehicle will be provided.

Desirable:

• Valid Safe pass, training will be provided.
