As Project Planning Manager you will join a successful team based in Belfast, helping deliver a capital investment plan for a wide range of civil engineering and building projects. Projects types include building upgrades, new build, permanent way (track), structures (bridges, earthworks and sea defences) and include complex, multidisciplinary projects as well as minor works.
In your role you will support the ongoing development and management of the portfolio plan, ensuring future project priorities, timelines, dependencies, benefits, budgets and risks are reflected and strategically managed. The focus will be on forward planning with a view to planning strategic projects through early stage development and prime for implementation.
This role is for initially for 12 months with the opportunity to be extended or become permanent.
