PMO Officer

Our Public Body client requires a PMO Officer to support the continued development of a best practice portfolio programme and project management office (P3O) governance framework, maintenance of information management systems and in ensuring effective communications with key stakeholders.

As a PMO Project Support Officer your new role will include but not be limited to the following:

• Support development and maintenance of Project, Programme and Portfolio management (P3O) procedures.
• Provide information support to project and programme managers.
• Coordinate PMO communications with key stakeholders including DfI project approvals and public interest queries.
• Support management of P3O SharePoint and Project Online information hub system.
• Assist PMO with collating data and reporting on wide range of P3O progress and performance.

Essential experience should include the following:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a project business administration, systems management or quality control environment
• Minimum of an HNC qualification or equivalent
• Experience in document management systems e.g. SharePoint
• Experience in collating, analysing and reporting on complex data and KPIs

It would desirable if applicants had any of the following:

• Experience using Power BI
• Experience in project management methodologies or processes
